Today I made a decision (and usually when I do so things will go as I say): From
01/01/2004 I quit smoking: 30 cigarettes 0 (I smoked only in the 'year 2003 it had already stopped in 97)
told myself that I made a decision ... after putting new batteries in the balance of the bath m'รจ took a hit!!
when I got married in 1998 I weighed 85 kg and was 1.90 hours are high up the same weight ......... but so much more!
is true that I quit smoking but hell .........
I set out to lose 10 / 12 kg by the end of July to get to -15 kg in September.
If by the end of September I will make myself the gift below -15 .................... .... I warned my wife that is not at all agree
... but it's just so .....

Today first day 2000 calorie diet .... Breakfast + toasts
2 cup milk + apple
lunch: 200 gr white pasta with a tablespoon of olive oil, 2 apples fresh beans
snack cup apple + decoction detoxifying
dinner: Caprese with Mozzarella cheese and 4 tablespoons of tomato + 'Oil 40 grams of bread + apple pear
na I've got hungry that I begin to have hallucinations .............

Today I received confirmation that a dear colleague who want a lot of good if done with another colleague .... !
Shit! I suspected but not I wanted to believe it ... he 32 she 45 years but the best that they are both practically married with children!
she has a son and is kind of waiting ......( who at this point it is doubtful)
he has a son 15 years ......... Fuck for the good that I want 4 to tell him both .... but I shall see that 'my own business as a logical
........ unfortunately at the factory are on everyone's lips now ...... shame ..... but what the hell to turn people's heads ???........... RIPIATEVI !!!!!!....
